We structured the desktop interface as a mission-critical command surface, prioritizing operator speed and situational awareness over promotional copy. The layout employs a strict three-column grid optimized for 1440p+ displays: a persistent left navigation rail eliminates clutter, a central task grid acts as the operational hero, and a right-aligned performance module delivers real-time metrics. Our material language translates brushed anodized aluminum and liquid glass morphism into a tactile digital environment, using the 14% blur depth to separate data layers. Color application is strictly signal-driven; Volt Pulse highlights only successful completions and active states, preserving visual hierarchy and preventing alert fatigue. Directional lighting and micro-etched grid overlays reinforce a museum-grade precision aesthetic. By anchoring the interface in institutional restraint, we enabled NOVA’s procurement teams to execute complex multi-retailer drops with zero cognitive friction.

The mobile companion app extends the desktop DNA into a portable oversight tool, engineered for rapid monitoring while on the floor. We restructured the layout into a vertical stack where hero metrics dominate, prioritizing live success rates over decorative elements. Touch targets are calibrated to 48px minimums, with a bottom navigation bar optimized for one-thumb operation across Dashboard, Tasks, Alerts, and Profile modules. Glass task cards introduce intuitive swipe gestures, revealing immediate stop actions without deep menu diving. The proxy health map scales down to a micro-dot visualization, maintaining data density without sacrificing readability on OLED screens. We preserved the exact color system and material treatments, ensuring seamless ecosystem cohesion. The floating action button provides instant task deployment, delivering a luxury control surface that mirrors the desktop’s institutional precision while adapting fluidly to mobile constraints.
