Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information The DIGIT may collect, how we use it, and how data is handled across our website and project workflows.
Entity and Jurisdiction
This policy applies to The DIGIT and visitors, leads, clients, and software users who interact with our website, project workflows, or private download systems. Unless a project contract says otherwise, operational handling is governed by the jurisdiction configured for Pakistan and the client agreement for the specific engagement.

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Services
Because we work with AI automation, some project workflows may use LLMs or third-party automated services when they are required for the agreed scope. We aim to limit personal or sensitive information, use provider controls where available, and avoid storing sensitive PII unless it is necessary for the service being delivered.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We may use essential cookies for security, sessions, form protection, private downloads, and admin authentication. Analytics or marketing cookies, when enabled, are used to understand aggregate site performance, content interest, and lead attribution.
5. Subprocessors
Depending on the project or request, subprocessors may include hosting providers, email delivery tools, analytics platforms, payment processors, project management systems, AI model providers, and secure storage services. We select providers based on need, security posture, and the agreed scope.
6. Data Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for lead follow-up, support history, spam prevention, and business records. Project records, invoices, private download logs, and security logs are retained for as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute resolution, auditability, and operational security.
7. Log Files
The DIGIT follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, and tracking users' movement on the website.
